They come with foam protectors you put on for wheel and tire changes. Takes about a minute to put them on.

As an Audi (and American and Japanese car owner), I shamefully admit this is 100% true. lol
I’ve got 15,000 hard miles on my 2016 Z06 and those carbon brakes are worth every cent. I had them checked at my last service (at 15k), and I had 95% of my rotors left with 85% of pads (which are also expensive as hell at $1,200 a set). With this kind of rotor life I will literally never replace them and that makes…
Still the same single clutch? :(
As someone who has had to deal with package thieves, I’d be fine with them getting actually shot at this point. They’re scum and the police do nothing even with video footage, so yeah, I don’t care if they get shot at this point and left to die in the yard.
I fell in love with it. I got the chance to trade cars with a friend for an afternoon and it was better than I ever expected. He drove my C7 Z06 and I drove hi MP4-12C Spider. And it’s sadly (because I can’t afford it right now) everything I dreamed it would be. It handles like a dream and is the most confidence…
Same. One of the worst cars I’ve ever driven, one of the most beautiful cars I’ve ever looked at. Murcielago was better, but still.. meh. 100 other cars I’d rather own first.
My C63 was the worst car I have ever owned and I’ve owned an RX7.
Small block, but the new Vette gets great mileage for what it is. I get about 22-24 in my Z06 and the standard C7s are seeing mid to high 20s.
You’d have to pay me to buy these. The shitty rubber they use comes off or tears and will scratch your vents. DO NOT BUY THESE. I warned you!

Oh nevermind, here’s the list: https://www.android.com/auto/#keepmeposted
Every 2015+ GM has it as an option, or standard on their nicer cars. I think Ford does now as well (2016+).
Limited to those with the money, like all “limited” editions.
Couldn’t agree more. Same with the Roku’s I’ve upgraded over the years. I like my devices snappy.
They’ll probably give a proprietary OBD2 port and tell you it’s a feature. No thanks.
What, no coupon code?! ;)
Totally agree. We are living in the golden age of cars. In 2010 I bought a C6 Z06 for $42k that ran in the 10s and could almost hit 200. Mods? Tires. My GTR did 0-60 in 2.8 and 1/4s in the 10s all day with no mods. My current Z06 is slower than my GTR, but I can pop the top off and cruise reliably with $70 oil changes…
Full bolt-on GTR and you’d still have $60k left over. Sure, I’d still rather own the Porsche, but if we’re just talking numbers... meh. It doesn’t take the cash it used to if you want a car that accelerates like a bat out of hell.
