Yep. If this was a SEAL team flying an Obama flag there would already be a GOP committee holding hearings in D.C. about it.

Is it the military’s job to troll the populace, or be the military?

What flag would they fly that’s not a campaign flag, that would single out Trump’s name? I’ve never seen presidential candidate campaign victory flags made let alone flown during any former president’s administration, ever. What other flag would they fly BUT a campaign flag with Trump’s name on it?

Exactly. The point is to never have to relive the most inhuman horrors of humanity, not to have to experience them before being able to comment about them.

And based on your comment I doubt you’ve been anywhere near a Holocaust Remembrance site.

I LOVE these Grand Prix coupes. They still look so unique and different, and just all-around aggressive. I’ve always wanted one of these things, and every now and then you find a seriously well-kept one in the classifieds. This is a CP for the asking price; $14k for what’s probably likely to be a total maintenance

Yyeeeeeaaaaahhh no. CP. Not a total, flaming CP, but a CP because it’s a couple grand too dear, and it’s got the ugliest Fox body Mustang face of the era. The gaps between all the parts that make up that grille are just out of control, and it just looks faceless and robotic. Much better interior than the Mustang, but

My mom had a cream-colored ‘83 example of these, and we had it until the mid-90s. It was my first hand-me-down car after I got my license, but I could sure get that thing over the speed limit on the highway. It was a gutless car to start with, but by the mid-90s it had probably lost half its horsepower, and about half

A fair enough criticism, though I think there’s a bit of parity between a Samurai (assumed to be in stock condition other than tires) hauling a Hino box truck out of a snow jam is roughly equivalent to a half-ton pulling an actual semi out of a rut. According to the Internet, the Samurai weighs less than 2100 lbs sans

How is criticizing something benefitting from it?

Captialism or otherwise, Uber has a line to Trump directly. It would be one thing if Uber were located in a different country or something, and had no political ties. But they have political ties, and are attempting to profit off of a situation the guy they have a political connection with caused.

Which is why unregulated capitalism devolves into social darwinism. Capitalism needs better heads to moderate its influence. And those are heads we are in dire lack of ATM.

I don’t think it’s an article expressing surprise so much as “oh right, the country is already in a shit situation and Uber just reminded me that reality is even a little worse than I had thought.”

Mmmm, no, the GOP decided the moment Obama was elected in 2008 to divide the country. They’ve been actively working to divide the country since 2002, when they started in with jingoistic war talk over invading Iraq and that anyone who didn’t step in line was out to destroy America.

Pretty galling to whinge about “hearing both sides” when you turn tail and run when you hear the side you don’t like.

That Fox-body Mustang was all “Im ahn yur tracks assaultin’ yor hillz!!11!”

Freakin’ A, even in Japan Navigators have shitty chrome”dubs” on them...

The kicker is they’re generally good if invisible cars, and the 200C/S with the V6 will be a real nice ride for a steal. Plus, it’s easily the best-looking and most capable Sebring/200 ever. FCA probably should have tried making a CUV out of this thing before attempting to break into the mid-size sedan bloodbath.

In a way this is worse than people trashing homes as they left under the darkness of foreclosure during the bursting housing bubble. At least these owners are getting recompense. Why ruin an otherwise perfectly working car that could have a gas engine swapped into it, especially when you’re going to get your money
