I can't get their wi-fi finder to work in Firefox on my Hackintosh, so I can't see the cities that they service for free. =/

I don't think they are going to go out of their way to do that. And if they did, a lot of those places are overseas, so the FBI really isn't going to take the effort for all that when there are plenty of people here without seedboxes that they don't have to trace all over the place to bust.
