Well, the current gen Yaris hybrid is a pleasure to drive, and very roomy inside. And no, it does not come with a million screens inside telling you about every single volt that goes somewhere, instead the hybrid drivetrain does it work without bothering you. I did a testdrive in the summer in one and I was surprised.
That is the american dream, right?

Nice interior. But what is up with the “large crotch cave” in the seats?
Citroën uses an ETG, no shift stick, and added a “creep” to the gearbox that prevents this and makes it act more like a conventional automatic. In my case, hill assist helps as well.
My thoughts exactly. It matured. Some bits can be deleted, like the american. The road trips are always the most fun to watch. More of that, I hope.

I live in the Netherlands. EV’s are almost all out of my reach, too. I might get a Renault Zoe, or the Hyundai Ioniq, but other than that, hybrid is the way to go I think. (not only Prius, you muricans have just received the Mitsu Outlander PHEV and it’s a good contender)
