@gravityhomer: Time doesn't pass at the same rate in the two worlds. Flynn mentions that hours inside are Minutes outside, although I always assumed the time compression was greater than that. Flynn just ages in real time, even though he subjective time is much longer. Not sure how that works, but that's how it is.
