Not a single USB C port though :(

For me we have a 35Mpbs pipe into the house and get about 150Mpbs of real world throughput on wifi N. So it's slower than the Gig ethernet in the rest of the house for file transfers between local computers, but for getting to the internet I measure 35Mbps on wired and wireless.

Rofl, same here! We've got a Gig line into the campus and during orientation week when no one is using it I should get some pretty nice numbers!

Easily the most useful thing in that video was at about 2:12 when he used some tape to get something off of the bottom! I could have salvaged so many protectors if I had known!!!

It must be, because my GSM nexus on 4.0.4 has the feature in the browser settings.

We like it because we're on Lifehacker and are power users. The galaxy note is the mobile equivalent to a dual monitor setup or a 17" laptop. It might not be as portable, but if you're on your phone a lot it's a godsend.

I recently had to do this for a friend and I asked them if they had any of the original documentation or packaging for the machine. Sure enough, in the box, there was a restore disk and I was able to run that as a clean install to avoid having to install all of the drivers. Then I just removed the small amount of

It should also be noted that any modern processor will automatically shut down or underclock if it reaches a thermal threshold, even while overclocking. So the chances of physically frying your processor are very slim.

I think it's a combination. Although linux might be naturally hold up better over time it has been my experience that with so few programs available I have far less installed than when I use windows. I'm sure if I only installed the core software that I use on linux and not video editors and media applications and all

I feel like 5 or 10 years from now that law will get a little insane. After a certain amount of time it makes sense to not hold a company accountable for keeping digital records of all of those gift cards. Forever is a long time.

Anyone with 45 seconds and root access can skin their phone to look just as good, the problem is that the second you install any 3rd party app the launcher icon is the same crap and the ui inside of the app is the same crap.

The short answer is no.

Poweramp - easily the best music player for audiophiles on android.

I've had this problem before and it is a result of some of the internal components sharing a ground with the audio jack. My solution is to get a usb soundcard ( [us.store.creative.com] ) Similarly, you can always throw a potentiometer into the mix ( [www.radioshack.com] ) This is what I use to battle a similar problem

I think we all know a much better use for #3 than the dentist ;)

Yes! I played that same game for about 2 hours and had to stop myself!

Where do you guys shop for keyboards? I used to always go to bestbuy because I wanted to feel a keyboard before I bought it, but their inventory has become so diminutive I barely have anything to choose from to start with. My current Creative Fatality has lasted 6 good years and is starting to show it's age, how

I swear by my Logitech Tracman Wheel. If you have multiple monitors it's an absolute must to navigate without having to deal with a super touchy mouse or swinging your arm across the desk. And my wrists aren't complaining either!

Full list of running packages and they are all either from apps I've downloaded or android system processes. [goo.gl]

As an android developer that has looked at both the application storage and debugging logs for my phone many times I can confirm that Virgin Mobile has none of this on their phones!
