You see Doug, you're the reason we can't have nice things.
Agreed. Deal breaker for me was the cargo area was barely usable. For a family of four with a dog and an overnight bag - you pretty much need a cargo box with the V60. The XC70 is the rights size for me.
To make matters worse, the XC70s on dealer lots are so tarted up that they're damn near in E-Class wagon country for…
I have a hard time getting into reverse as well - sometimes have to go to first and roll forward first...
Yep, 17s and Yep, clunk. The steering shaft solved the problem but it was annoying. It's covered by warranty and only takes a couple hours to repair, but apparently the process of getting parts approved and order is why things seem to take longer.
AND, yep - lower rocker panel, passenger side. Defect from the factory…
My Abarth has had intermediate steering shaft replaced and an external body panel issue (3x now, same panel) in its first 3,000 miles.
I like the car, but it seems like every repair takes a week which is a little annoying. Also annoying is the trade-in value if you want to unload it…ugh. I wasn't expecting to make…
I'm a pretty big fan of "Why we ride"
Does it dog?
This current crop of wagons really skimp on the rear cargo area, they're barely usable for a family of four and 50# dog.
At nearly $50K - seems like its not too far from E-Class pricing where you get cavernous cargo space, ample headroom and rear seats suitable for 'Merican sized passengers.
To this day - I still share your Tiger comment…BRAVO.
These guys really do some remarkable work - but for me, the audio never lives up to the visuals. The engine and exhaust note is probably more important than striking graphics to a lot of us.
Just my $0.02.
He's lucky he was on a KLR and not a 600lb BMW GS.
If I had to guess, the only economic benefit might be a better trade-in value on the Mini because it seems to draw from a broader market.
I AGREE. I had a 9-5 Aero Wagon…such a great car!
I was hoping the reactions would be more like watching Catherine Bach and Susan Anton in Cannonball Run.
I, for one, welcome our new frog overlords.
STOP WASTING TIME ON THIS…and please bring the California camper-van to the US.
I'm sorry, but for that kinda scratch I'm getting the GL350…
Oh, man - they're great. He does a really nice job with them - the guys at Goodspark Garage talked with him in length here:
Or you can get a custom built one from National Moto in Indianapolis for less money and more style!
