Steam has a long history of removing things or disallowing things for arcane reasons. If you’ve ever been in the position to have something removed, the reasons given can range from “clear cut” to “vague and unintelligible” I was simply surprised a paid emulator didn’t make the list. My surprise is Steam, as a platform would allow a paid emulator on the platform considering who they are and the sorts of things they clutched their pearls over and did NOT allow…

Sure. So it’s not illegal. Ok. There’s a lot of “Not illegal” content not allowed on Steam. I’m surprised paid emulators are allowed on Steam. I suppose it comes down to whether or not the emulator gets a takedown request.

I’m of the opinion that everyone in the tournament should be using the same make of controller, with that controller being determined by the organizers and announced beforehand. I don’t care if it’s hitboxes, dance pads, or fishing rod dreamcast controllers. :)
