Wow that’s the full package, including the tilted license plate mount wing + hatch combo
The S-class has the traditional grille with the hood ornament, though. I don’t think you can get the big grille star there.
The MB illuminated star is the only car “feature” that my wife ridicules with passion equal to mine. It reeks of desperation and attention-seeking and plays right into the entry-level MB crowd.
This isn’t supposed to make sense, and we generally expect no better from his crowd these days.
The Camry is excellent at doing what it is designed to do, but I don’t imagine even a V6 XSE ever inspiring me to take it up the mountains.
That’s certainly true, but many of those smaller / commercial models consistently cost more than their competition regardless, at least up front. Perhaps they’re more reliable / cheaper to own in the long run, but I don’t live in Europe so I have no anecdotal evidence.
Even the beat-up 2004 Camry was a good car. An uninteresting drive, for sure, but an excellent transportation device.

Who needs civility, workplace laws, supportive culture, national healthcare or even living wages when you can have freedom?
But they don’t have Guns and Freedom or anything like that.
I’m the opposite. If she’s loaded and run the dishwasher then half of the dishes need to be washed again. The other half have swimming pools of soapy water sitting in them from being oriented incorrectly for draining.
The current XJ is how you do wood trim. It’s especially cool if you have the rare Satin Zebrano option. The wide panels really accentuate the zebrawood lines and lend a fashionable vibe to the interior.
