It would give an 8year old version of me nightmares, but hopefully you now can have a little more time to see movies you like if your kid is older. I also highly recommend Finding Dory

I don't know if I can watch. It looks too tragic.

Are there less newswire comments than before?
I'm friends with a certain freelancer who feels pretty gloomy about his future with the AV Club bc they're cutting so much back.

why were they planning on eliminating comments?

My relationship with beer:

Does Vietnamese bubble tea count?

I'm just naturally assuming the endgame is Romero vs Norman just like Dukat vs Sisko on DS9 plus wasn't Norman taken down by a detective in the movie?

Why are ppl automatically assuming Caleb is dead. wasnt he hit by the car at a slow speed bc the car was breaking?

I'm hoping its not a humongous bloodbath and some ppl survive.
I'm even hoping Caleb lives. why wouldnt you survive being hit by a car?

I always assume it's impossible to make a human. Plus if you have power over life and death, that causes all sorts of narrative loopholes unless you're doing a story set on my Olympus or something

I've watched some extremely good Australian comedy on YouTube. Mainly chasers war on everything and thank god you're here

Erik Adams defense of sweet life of Zach and Cody (which I've never seen) almost makes me want to watch it.
I recently watched an extremely formulaic teeny bopped show on Netflix called Lost and Found and couldn't turn it off.

I've always thought you're either human or you aren't, for that reason I was never that into data stories on TNG. However if it's the universe's rules that they might he developing consciousness (same applies for amc's robots) so be it

I started watching Westworld. Damn, what a show so far. I struggle with whether there are really any moral quandaries. People at the AV Club have called Jimmi Simpson's partner or the Man in Black awful people, but they're not hurting people, right?
I've also been watching season 2 of Alphas. I didnt know there was a

i think it's miscategorized. more like a "cool stuff we did"

You'll be shooting people no matter what, I suspect

It's $40K in the future, it could amount to a day pass to Seaworld in 2016 money for all we know

There's no good or bad if it's not real. No one morally judges you by how you play a video game

You can get hit with the pain of paint ball. I wonder if there's also a risk of game over, like an arcade game, so if you invest a quarter and you're killed in 60 seconds that's a lot less fun than winning at the videogame and being able to play for 15 minutes on the same quarter.

What a bummer, I take it they dropped Powerless?
I'm also disappointed they dropped Fresh off the Boat.
