This is a really rose-coloured view of the Netflix MCU, which had about 3.5 good seasons between all six shows, two of which were Daredevil’s.
The pilot doesn’t have to be filled to the brim with expensive one time use CGI effects. This isn’t 1980s animation. In fact most TV shows don’t have a lot of CGI in the pilot for this exact cost saving reason.

You know what’s also not working? $150 million TV shows; especially a TV show that’s supposedly about a “street level” hero from NY. How the hell is that gonna cost the money you’d spend on a blockbuster movie? I severely doubt the Netflix version cost a percentage of that.
