I'll never hate a character played by Eigeman. It's a simple fact of the universe. I simply cannot hate that man.

Do we know for sure that they take Friday off? They don't have a show, obviously, but I imagine they would use that time to prepare some of their pre-filmed segments and stuff like that. Right? Maybe work on longer, less time-sensitive bits they've been sketching out?
That episode pretty much described my relationship with every friend I have besides my girlfriend and roommate. To a T. I'm the most awkward person alive.
YES. Just watched this show for the first time a few months ago, and I think Brian is one of the most fascinatingly 'real' characters characters I've ever seen on TV. Just such an amazing mix of awkwardness and puberty and pitiful, but also annoying and detestable much of the time. Very much appreciate that the…
Yes, the "We have to go back" is one of the most important and powerful moments ever on television, as far as I'm considered. I'm not sure if there's another show that so successfully and organically managed to flip its premise upside-down like that, and so effectively within the moment too.
Kiss Me!
I hope he comes back for this one, for just an episode or two even (since he's obviously not in the main lineup).
Based on the past musical articles, I'm guessing these just don't get enough hits to be worth doing all that often, but I agree. I'm a big fan and would love to spend more time with the burgeoning musical/theater community here on AVC. (I'm already recognizing some people from past Sondheim articles!)
I love everything of his, but nothing has quite topped Sweeney. In part because it was my first Sondheim, of course, but it's just SO well constructed, the songs are SO amazing both musically and lyrically, and it's just a damn fine time.
Definitely one of my favorite songs from the show.
How do we know the changeover is happening tomorrow?
@avclub-b750f74544cb00c138079607276995e9:disqus I had no idea that at one point Night Court, Seinfeld, and Quantum Leap were in a programming block together. And people call now a golden age of TV.
@avclub-f16ba6f00bce15507c766cd5e8057728:disqus Thanks for this info. Has long been a question on my mind. I always found it strange that Parks got a full 22—makes much more sense knowing that it didn't.
Hello, hi! Any AVC staff with influence over this decision: can we please NOT change the format of disqus?
Yes, truly one of O'Neal's greatest.
I'm a big fan of the season one finale. Rory and Lorelai **SPOILER?!?!** running to each other in the town square, giddily jumping up and down… I'm welling up just thinking about it. A perfect summation of that show, really.
Yep, feels like most of the hatred toward him is based on pre-existing feelings, not anything to do with his actual performance last night (which overall I thought was fine but unnoteworthy—no better or worse than we've had these last few years).
I like him in Childrens Hospital.
Yeah, @avclub-56792f930986581ccd9ec2e898a15e05:disqus , I'm finding through these reviews that people really enjoyed GG for different reasons than I did. Of course I loved Lorelai and Rory and their adventures, but I also did like Taylor! And town meetings! I like all of it! Quirky town stuff nearly always worked…
In all seriousness, I'm really excited for this show. Bryan Fuller and one of the best casts I've ever seen in a TV show? Sold.
