Truth they blew up in the early 2000s from jeepers who actually wanted to be original. Iflipped one of each at that time bought them for $5000 sold for $10k both ‘74 models

It frustrates me that he builds exceptional examples of some of my favorite cars and makes it nearly impossible for me to get an appropriately priced version. Similar to the Gone in 60 seconds affect on fastback 67/68 mustangs and the F&F affect on mkiv supras.

Soul is actually a good car for what it is... we’ve had less issues with ours in it’s 90k miles than any other car we have owned including a jeep with 60k miles and a subaru owned from new till 120k miles that had 2 complete engines and a spare turbo put in it under warranty.

Give it a stick and make the dynamics as good as it looks and i will buy one...

Only if it’s had its timing chain service done to fix the chain tensioner  that will go and total out the car.

I search specific turbo sizes sometimes and transmissions i like that are known conversions like t-56 or t-6060

and then supercharged, turbo, etc.

It’s not fully working without combustion.
