You sure they won't go mustang chasis on this? They haven't done it in years since the mustang was solid axles and that's just not fitting for a luxury car. But now that the mustang is irs and designed as a world market why not ?

It's not waste... we have studied it with chargers specifically the additional tooling and staff required to do the "heavy maintenance" that comes in after 100k miles isn't beneficial.

Also keep in mind 100k miles on a patrol car includes 10,000-15,000 hours of idling for running radar/arrests etc...
