I was disappointed that it technically played the same as the first playthrough

Do it. It’s sooooooo good. Plus bonus emotional manipulation if you played Nier!

While I’m pessimistic, I do hope that humanity will go in the right direction as well, so I do still hope for the best.

Devola/Popola definitely have a stronger impact in Automata when you’ve done the original. Bit surprised though, I find the original Nier’s story just a wee bit more evocative for me (the wedding scene always hits hard).

Sounds like you’re....50-75% through ending A. It gets more enticing afterwards, but if you’re looking for the absolute hook, it’ll be at the start of ending C, which is literally the other half of the game.

Really? Because the players had their names tagged and it was very evident that something crazy was happening when one name *jumped off the cliff*, guns are firing and then end.

I understand that games are a way to escape some of the pressures and stresses of real life. They’re for enjoyment and, as a hobby, provide some sort of personal fulfillment - heck it may even now be a paying job for streamers and the like.

Is that a routine? Do people actually do that? Wait this is the 21st century, of course people do that.

But does he need to?

Maybe they should get Simon Pegg in to write one, and Edgar Wright in to direct it?

I’m fine with cartoonish but definitely want more weight behind the swings and such. Having only seen the trailers...the actions are too quick, there’s no feeling of a heavy thud or slash. I also hoped DeKnight could bring some of that to the table but it doesn’t seem like he hit the mark.

I wish I could give you more stars for every person unruly assuming you’re defending pedophilia when in fact you’re just pointing out that it used to be acceptable (thank goodness times have changed).

“look silly”

Gonna be honest, didn’t know the game at all but hearing it get unrated made me instinctly think it was something that wasn’t *too* bad, just overblown.

We’ll call it the “Bajeena.” I’ll take 3.

Hitting 31 this year, but yeah, that realization is definitely not a great feeling. Welcome to the 30s man!

It does, it just wasn’t that prominent before when you bought a game, then an expansion and that was it. I mean that was years ago and the industry is changing, but those were simple times.

Hmm... Not too big on Kirby, and 3.99 to boot... Hmm.

While it personally doesn’t disturb me, some of the scenes later in the manga do start becoming *very* questionable. Seriously. That being said, still looking forward to the next season!

While I haven’t read the manga (but have heard spoilers about some of the *really* questionable stuff that occurs later), the stuff in the anime is like, 80% fine IMO. The two scenes that I weren’t a fan of was the stringing up thing in the first episode, and the bath in the last (seriously, that joke could’ve been
