I still haven’t played P5 despite being a huge Persona fan, I think I’m just too sick of teenagers saving the world, again (also Chosen One protagonists). Recently got Automata on PC though and beat that 100%.

The free summon is definitely one of the best additions to the game. Got Soleil that way (and I would NEVER have pulled on that focus). Xmas Lissa is definitely my fave design though.

FAR mod works VERY well to fix a lot of the graphical issues. Plus hotkey fix add-on to remap the dodge button on keyboard(because you will need it unless you use a controller).

Yeah Madhouse did CCS, but they also did a bunch of other shoujo titles back then too. Been a while since I’ve seen CCS but it was a pretty good series back then.

To be fair, he did do a presentation on his style of game development. I think it was entitled “Making weird games for weird people.” So it’s less that he hates Automata, it’s just that he’s really, really weird.

With you on that one. Saw the trailer, was impressed they went with the style and thought it differentiated Alita enough from the rest of the cast. Apparently our opinion is in the minority.
