First.
Thanks for playing though.
Which just highlights how little Sanders has done while in office.
Considering Sanders just had a heart attack, your ageist attack comes off heartless.
Hard truth, Sanders lost in 2016 and he’ll lose again in 2020.
Hillary Clinton lost the general election to Donald Trump. Bernie Sanders couldn’t beat Hillary Clinton in the Dem primaries in 2016. These are all hard truths.
Sanders lost in 2016 and he’ll lose the nomination again in 2020. But good luck on Sanders beating Trump in that mythical 2016 election in your head.
Yada, yada, yada, Sanders lost a primary you thought he won yet he didn’t. If he couldn’t beat Hillary Clinton in the Dem primaries he certainly wasn’t going to beat Trump. You keep mentioning those three million plus votes like Trump mentions illegals that voted for Clinton. It’s everyone else’s fault that Bernie…
Again, the candidate that won the most votes won the Dem nomination. She won by over 3 million votes. You continue to grade Sanders on a curve.
Again, primary rules were in place long before Sanders entered the race. He knew the primary dates, deadlines, etc. They were the same rules in place during the 2008 primaries that Obama was able to defeat Hillary Clinton, which was a much closer race. Stop grading Sanders on a curve.
Again primaries offer everyone the opportunity to vote at any point of the day. Caucuses are for voters that have the privilege of taking the entire day off for the process. Not everyone can afford to take the entire day off to participate in our democratic process.
You continue to paint Bernie as the Obama of the 2016 Dem primaries when he didn’t even perform as well as Hillary did against Obama in 2008. He lost by 3 million votes. Why would superdelegates subvert the will of Dem primary voters and switch to Sanders when his deficit was millions of votes?
Again, you continue to grade Sanders on a curve. Sanders isn’t as popular as Obama. Also there’s this:
Again, Bernie failed where Obama succeeded. He didn’t win a plurality/majority of the primary voters in 2016. That’s why he lost. You continue to discount that. He lost by millions of votes not thousands. And he won’t win in 2020 for the same reason.
Also stop with the Bernie is as popular as Obama narrative. He isn’t and never has been. If Sanders was as popular as Obama he would’ve beaten Hillary Clinton. The primary in 2008 was much closer than in 2016. If Bernie was as popular as Obama, he would be the front-runner not Biden. What’s the excise this time? He’s…
Sanders won caucus states that he later lost when they held primaries. Caucuses are only for those voters that have the time to spend all day caucusing, not a true reflection of the electorate.
Again, she beat Sanders by 3 million votes. You keep bringing up super delegates like they somehow disenfranchised Democratic primary voters wishes. They didn’t. Hillary Clinton beat Bernie Sanders by more than 3 millions votes.
The Sanders campaign knew the primary schedule. The DNC doesn’t control every state legislature. Obama didn’t experience the same difficulties beating Hillary Clinton in 2008. Continue grading Bernie on a curve, but he still lost by 3 million votes.
Always continue to be amazed at the mental gymnastic Berners do to explain his losses. Bernie lost the biggest, most diverse states in the country (e.g. NY, CA, and TX). He lost the entire South. He polled just above Trump with minority support. But he was robbed? I bet you think he’s more popular than Obama too.…
