Again, you are arguing your personal opinion. Compare Girls ratings and critical reception to that of Veep that has had less press but is getting almost double the eyeballs. Girls is grossly underperforming. It has lower ratings than Bored to Death and How To Make it In America two shows that were recently

I get that you like it and it speaks to you, but you better hope the show expands its audience or it;ll go the way of How To Make It In America and Bored to Death.

Uhm, the female leading cast of GCB has like only one extra lady on it, two if you count Annie Potts.

She's a minor character, but at least she's a character. She's also had quite a few lines of dialogue so she's not invisible. Whether or not her role grows throughout the season is to be determined but at least her role exists. Plus she's not just some sassy black woman or best gal pal. She's a part of the ensemble

There is a Latina real estate agent on GCB. The show still sucks though. But nice try.

GCB has a Latina character. She's a real estate agent and not a maid. It's still an awful show though.

She's not a receptionist, she's an executive assistant to the Veep. Pretty big difference. And the show is actually funny, that's the other difference. And New York isn't a very Caucasian city despite what TV may lead you to believe.

You just got owned, son.

Look, I get that Girls is trying to be all meta, but could it also try to be funny too?

I agree with leeshin. Calm down, crazy. It really isn't that deep. You should really take a step back and read what you posted about people that you don't know and have no real effect on your own personal life.

BOOM! I am using that! The best comment I've read all day.

Toni Morrsion, Junot Diaz, Julia Alvarez, Christina Garcia.

Kudos.

Me too!

I thought for sure she lived on the Upper East Side, but they filmed in the West Village.

You should get intimately aware with your security settings. There are a multitude of ways to shield others you deem not worthy of knowing the real you.

Not sure if NJ is still #2 or not, but nothing beats Atlanta though in the ratings department.

Ratings wise nothing beats Atlanta, not even Beverly Hills. Don't let the lack of press fool you.

If Jenelle would actually grow up and raise her child there would be no need to strong-arming. She didn't lose/give up custody in a vacuum. How can Jenelle want to have a bigger part in Jace's life if she can't even crawl out of bed to look after him while her mother pays a utility bill?
