Thankfully I’ve curbed the heck out of eating out lately (outside of Comic con and our moe that is which was about 2.5 weeks and really we didn’t do too bad on eating out, again snacks were an issue though). That means that I don’t have to care the few times we do go out. Now snacking everyday is my biggest issue

One issue with having your kid as an add on is that if you ever end up having a high balance or going delinquent that will hurt them too. Had to take my mom’s card I was signed onto off because she had medical problems and it was maxed out. Not her fault but something to be aware of.

There’s also another issue at hand where you don’t view your future self as you but rather some other person, a stranger, separat from you so you have little problem shouldering the finance chargers onto that person. Future isn’t you right now so let’s have fun (for those that spend for fun sake rather than just

Meh. It’s only the things that I don’t think about that could go wrong that cause problems. The rest have been thought about and a plan devised so that when they do go wrong I’m all good. And even then the few things that get missed aren’t as big of a problem because I’m not worried about solving 10 problems on the

We both can turn hoarder at any moment but bc our PC isn’t up to snuff nor is it comfy to play games (laptop) we don’t tend to buy steam games. If I want my hub to clean though I start a hoarders marathon and off he goes cleaning and sorting! I'm a jerk.

I’ll buy them new but severly discounted on Black Friday. I do have to use $100 on my Xbox (bought at discount on Black Friday) that will expire so I guess I'll buy a digital game new there. I mean I do make exceptions but it's not like what I used to do!

I had to deal with this yesterday with a video game that I’m not interested but hub has expressed some interest in. It was 20% off just released for prime members and you get the previous 360 title for free in a code. Turns out I can buy a used disc of that game for $5 and we probably have enough games to get us

I try to make many of my meal plans have similar ingredients so it helps us keep a limited variety of food around. Like most of our meat is either chicken or ground turkey, most includes rice, and even the spices are shares over a lot of the meals. It just makes it easier.

I can’t. I want to but I’m a little collector. I will be selling some of my stuff because I’m not in love with it anymore but I can’t just toss it because some of it has appreciated a lot since I got it. Like my magic cards with hammer from comic con can go for over a grand. Sigh. I’m definitely working on not

I really don’t want to move my stuff again. I’d rather hate where I live than lug my stuff again (stuff is paid for in storage for a few months and then that’s it). It’s also a pretty small town, 15 sq mi so I don’t really have much choice anyway. I’d rather get a house, have them deliver my stuff and never move

Thanks. I really was fed up! Houses here are decently priced and a possibility finally. But now I’m in moving hell and find a house hell has yet to begin. We have another two months (almost been here a month) here in the temp housing the company provided so that’s nice. It’ll be great once we are in our final

That’s fine, as long as you’re aware of it. I think most people just aren’t aware of the trade off and then offer a lame excuse of not finding time.

I think it worked for us (mainly me because I set the tone for the reversal of our financial lifestyle) because we worked in fun stuff that was important to us, and got rid of junk costs that meant little or nothing. It was an important time for us to work on our spending and impulse controls and the strict budget

I feel like it’s time for me to move to something like that but my previous method was needed at the time to pull ourselves out of our own mess in a short period of time. But in time budget options need to change to fit your current budget needs.

I feel that the stress that I felt with a budget had nothing to do with the budget not being right for me but that I wasn’t yet willing to stop the actions that were causing me money problems to begin with and I knew subconsciously that a budget would only remind me of said issue and the easiest thing for me then was

I hope they don’t go away anytime soon. I just got my first real rewards card this year!

That’s what I thought it did too. We sometimes tape up our knee area before a 10k or half marathon to give the knee a little more support.

I’m amazed as well, that’s no way to live. It’s a shame that you’re forced to keep such insane hours even if it’s only for part of the year. For me busy is when my hub had to do 10 hour days here and there and come in on weekends.

Yikes! Good luck with that. My friend had their surface pop over the weekend as well but he didn't care, it was an excuse to get the new one.

There’s always some wasted time in the day. Very few people (though they exist) get up,go to work, come home, eat something fast, shower, and then go straight to bed. Most mess around on the Internet, watch tv, or anything else that eats time but isn’t what you claim you really want to do. If you really do want to do
