The crack team has been too busy rewriting the initial ban and fighting about the second iteration in court to get te work done on a more permanent policy. Or maybe not, who knows, not anyone in politics or the media thats for sure.

I don’t understand why no one is pressing the administration on their justification for the ban in the first place: they need 90 days of ban to “get everything figured out”.

Even more insult, it’s just within 1-2 generations since the city got our skyline to be discernable from all the factory smog, our rivers unpoisoned, and literally was the site of the deadliest air pollution incident in US history.

That was such a shitty, stupid Steve Bannon line. I’ve been to Pittsburgh, too, to take my daughter to a summer program at Carnegie Mellon. It’s a great town.

Not a resident of Pittsburgh, but happen to be here right now. This made me smile today, too. It’s a cool place.

We know that spokespeople at ICE don’t always have the whole story on what their agency is doing, based on that story about the Texas legislator who called ICE on protesters. So I don’t necessarily trust any info that comes out of that agency.

And by these people, I of course mean the assholes who put up these signs.
