Really? I’m kind of surprised (and proud, obviously) that Nebraska—which borders on Iowa—apparently does a better job of accepting and supporting and encouraging people of color. Every state has issues, but I’d say the news coming out of Nebraska is more encouraging than some. Here’s another one:
