I’m bothered by how much it doesn’t seem to bother you that you’re being such a jerk. I just... I’m a person. Have a heart. Even if you think I’m probably making it all up, does it really not make you feel even a little bit bad to imagine that maybe you’re just messing with an actual person with feelings?

This was really kind, thank you for taking the time.

No need to be embarrassed. I’m a tax auditor and there are things I come across all the time that are new to me and complex. I guess that gives me job security.

Thanks. :)

Ugh, I know I shouldn’t care what you think, but dude, I just told you that I have trouble comprehending this stuff. It’s a major pain in the tail, not being able to handle large chunks of information, and it’s not a matter of laziness. Yes, sometimes my thoughts come across as rambly word salad. My brain is legit

-_-

Though to be fair, I did get snowed a bit by your discourse on capital gains and losses and whatnot. Trump declared $915M in ordinary (not capital) losses, so the capital gains laws are kind of a lot of irrelevant here, no?

No, it’s not, in fact. The Clinton Foundation is a legitimate charity organization that has one of the highest ratings possible by any number of assessments.

Uh, gee, you sure sound like an idiot and a jerk who isn’t worth my time. Unfortunately, I can’t help being curious about what, if any, point you’re trying to make. At first I assumed you were just a painfully boring troll, especially given the painfully-boring-troll quality of the name “Mansplaination” (which is

It’s coming from inside the house!!!

No. Because the Clinton foundation actually uses all that money for charitable projects around the world, that save millions of lives. Trump’s foundation (which he hasn’t personally contributed to since 2008) is there mainly to provide bribes for elected officials and payoffs to people suing him.

It’s like being a blood type match for a murder. You’re not going to jail over it, but it doesn’t help your case.

He cheats on his wives, he cheats on his taxes, he cheats in golf, this guy’s a cheater straight up. Everyone knows it. Republicans are willing to look the other way because they are cheaters and liars, too.

The name Donald Drumpf is just slightly less Dickensian than Wackford Squeers.

So you’re saying Trump has made zero net dollars in 18 years. Tell me again how he’s a great business man?

That last paragraph is a triple Lindy of self canceling hot garbage, and anyone that starred it is a moron!

Okay, you may be right insofar as tax practices are concerned, but the upshot is that based on available information he either a) made zero net dollars over the last twenty years—which tends to undermine his whole “I’m the world’s greatest dealmaker” shtick—or b) cheated on his taxes. There is no way Trump looks

That’s why Trump is going to win this election.

It’s not actually that shady. If we allowed people to fully take their losses as deductions in one year, then anyone who needed a tax break that year would just invest in shitty stocks. If you didn’t allow someone to deduct their losses while simultaneously taxing their gains, then no one would ever invest. It’s not

If he was going to invade, the least he could have done was taken the IRS’s oil.
