I’ll give the author the benefit of the doubt that it was just a bad joke, but that’s a pretty viciously misleading headline. As read it’s basically accusing this person/family of racism.

Very confused as to why we are poking fun of parents protecting a minor child (and...making fun of that minor child) who has been experiencing death threats. Do not understand why the journalist or the editor thought this was remotely ethical.

One of the Fox anchors just said that Black people are more susceptible to corona virus, which I thought was an odd comment.  It’s poorer people who are forced to live in close quarters who are more likely to catch it, as well as essential workers.  Herman Cain obviously does not fall into either of these categories.

He’s not in his right mind making those accusations though. As a bipolar person he is probably having intrusive thoughts/paranoia, which is especially worse in a manic state.
