I don’t understand why Pinkett-Smith was detailing her and Will’s marital issues. I have never heard of “Red Table” and I’m not sure really what the intent is of such a show. Seems freakish that we watch these things, gladiator-style, in a ring now.

I agree. I don’t think this was just an emotional affair. And there’s a difference between separated and *separated* in my opinion. Did they separate to take time apart or separate with a clear understanding it was okay for them both to fuck other people during the separation?

I bet you anything that if this is more or less true, Will tried to explain to August Alsina that he and Jada were separated but still intended to stay married and he took it as a “blessing” not a “forgiving warning.”

This is some weird squirming. Just be straight up about your marriage being an open one if you are going to use it for publicity or your brand. Or my personal wish would be that they said sweet f**k all about what they get up to behind closed doors? It is more authentic.

it was “a joy to help heal somebody,” although I wouldn’t necessarily describe bringing a much younger person into your relationship to mentor them, then pursuing a relationship with them after separating from your husband, as “healing.”
