I think the irony is the one thing that happens to be vegan is the apple pie, I’m sure most vegans wouldn’t go go to McDonald’s to simply get an apple pie, at the very least have one vegan sandwich option. Still not sure how it’s ironic but I see what they’re getting at.

Roasted garlic does wonders to MP, I might try the boiling method but I don’t like that sharp flavor of fried garlic in my MP, love it in many things but not MP.

This is how I make mine but I add cream cheese instead of sour cream, I also add roasted garlic... sooo good. I do like Lindsay’s ricotta tip though.
