This whole article hurts my head
Ursa Major’s not “a super intelligent bear,” he’s a human Mutant — Mikhail Ursus — who has the power to turn into a bear (or a bear-like humanoid/werebear, depending on the artist). He was part of the Soviet Super Soldiers, and later the Winter Guard.
It takes some serious egotism to make liking TLJ a parallel to whatever “progress” you claim to have made in life, while simultaneously tying your friend’s perceived inadequacies to his not liking it. Wow.
He should have never been in that headspace to begin with....that is the big problem....
“What’s perfect about Luke’s final actions are they exemplify EVERYTHING Obi Wan and Yoda taught him about the Force”
Lucas’ original plan is a lie.
Please, no to Hayden Christianson. He was just awful. I found his acting to be forced happy or forced angry, no real angst. Adam Driver would have made a better Anakin, as he seems to portray the nuance of someone struggling between duty and desire.
I’m still hoping for Hayden Christiansen to show up as Ghost Anakin to have a talk with Ben Solo.
‘It’s just the realization he’s not Luke Skywalker. He’s Obi/’
That eye-slide and look of sadness when he states luke isn’t his character ... that is heartbreaking. I just want to reach into the screen and given Hamill a hug.
“Star Wars fans are still getting their heads around the game-changing choices Rian Johnson made for the franchise in The Last Jedi.”

“It’s the first live-action depiction of the classic comic book villain introduced in 1958.”
“When we first meet him, he’s a street kid running scams, and a bit of a drifter, aimless, and no sense of identity.”
But despite being set 200 years before baby Kal-El was sent to Earth, Krypton isn’t ever going to be waiting for Superman to be born.
FTA: “Teased in Syfy promotional materials, the green-skinned Brainiac is headed to Krypton in his iconic skull-shaped ship. It’s the first live-action depiction of the classic comic book villain introduced in 1958. “I feel like DC has been hanging on to him for the exact right project, right time,” said Ritson.’’
I’m a bit weirded out by how fawning io9's coverage of this show has been, given that it sounds terrible and this website isn’t exactly famous for hoping for the best when a new show that doesn’t seem like it will be good is in production.
so basically its like gotham, just a bunch of made up shit that doesn’t relate to ANYTHING known before. pass.
“Look, I know the whole cape thing is a little weird, but let’s be honest, so are your Kryptonian Kargo pants.”
