It has superheroes, it takes place in space, it’s not that deep, and it’s about teamwork and sisterhood.

“He really fell for Gunn’s lie.”
I enjoyed the movie. She’s easily the best part of it. Without her, I doubt I would have liked it as much.
Uh, they were actual strippers, getting paid waaaay more than a good Friday night. So unless you think women deciding to make money off of stripping is is inherently degrading, then I don’t know what you’re getting at in this particular regard.
HD remakes of games show more than originally expected, too.
That, actually, makes a lot more sense to me.
I suppose Allison Mack is the exception that proves the rule?
Voice actors from my experience are the most humble due to them never becoming household names. Not all of them of course but a lot of them are really kind and humble, the type that doesn't need to say they are.
I don’t know if I’m ruining your day by telling you this, but Annabella Sciorria has spoken about how Gandolfini was very thoughtful as a scene partner when they were doing sex scenes as well as violent scenes, and she noted that this was not the norm in her experience; he was always checking with her about what he…
This is a great point and I’ve also thought a lot about it. I’ve dealt with celebrities of various types and levels of fame for a long time. The people who are “presenters” or “hosts” always strike me as sort of self-important and difficult, whereas people who consider themselves “actors” are often (not always) less…
Trick question, asshole! Lemmy IS God!
I got into an argument with someone on another site, who used quote marks in reference to something I didn’t say/type. I told him, my man, you’re quoting me for something I clearly didn’t say. To which he replies, I didn’t say I was quoting you. To which I said, that’s what quote marks mean...to which he said, and I’m…
Gandolfini offered to get nude himself as a substitute. They said “Nah, we’ll just skip the whole thing!”
(Remember when putting something in quotes, meant you were quoting?)
Context!? Was there context when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor!?
The first example I thought of was J.K. Simmons who played neo-Nazi Vernon Schillinger on Oz. There were countless scenes where he had to play the perpetrator of humiliation and violence on other actors.
Ive noticed that weird trend. The guy playing the absolute dogshit asshole character is really nice, and the really upbeat cheery host is awful. Its not always like that but there are quite a few examples of it.
If you couldn’t make sense of “Tony finds guy in bed with this girlfriend, proceeds to beat the crap out of him” regardless of his underwear status, I don’t know what to tell you.
JK Simmons.
If they could make a whole TV series called “Sex and the City” that featured women who refused to remove their underwear while having sex, surely they can have one scene of “The Sopranos” in which a man is in bed with a woman but has not removed his underwear.
