Very much co-signed. Doctor Strange was the definition of “average Marvel house style movie.” The visuals that people praised were neat, but it wasn’t so mind-bending or weird enough. It was fine. The movie was fine. I’ve enjoyed Cumberbatch’s Strange more in every other cameo or appearance he’s done since.

I have a theory that a lot of the reshoots were to rework Wanda’s character arc.

The trailer even has her directly comment on that: “you do things, you’re a hero, I do the same things...”

Your jackmen, eh?

*shrug* I liked Paquin’s Rogue. It was very different from the comics sassy southern belle who is going to throw a truck at you, obviously.

That scene was a comic masterpiece.

They very much could be, and frankly, probably are. D+ is “kid friendly.” There is really nothing over PG13 on it and all the Netflix Marvel shows are at the very least above that if not outright mature. Deadpool isn’t on it. Logan isn’t on it.

*shrug*

It sucks, given that it’s very reasonable if you’re not comfortable going to a theatre, or live in a place where you actually can’t.

Well, he’d want to fuck Aunt May in a very uncomfortable place.

mm. when you add in the reports that Finn wasn’t interested in training, yeah, I’d call it an actor problem.

“No one but DiMaggio and 20th Television are privy to exactly what the issue is, or why the series’ other two leads, Billy West (who voices Fry) and Katey Sagal (Leela) were able to work out deals while DiMaggio couldn’t. However, according to Deadline, sources say that DiMaggio wants more money than his co-stars
