Was just going to say, this is a major plot point in A New Hope. It’s how Vader tracks the the Falcon to Yavin IV.
It also happened in the first Star Wars ever. The Death Star used a tracking device on the Millennium Falcon to find the rebel base on Yavin IV. It’s literally always been a thing.
Then why did you click on a non tech story and even comment on it? The answer is because you don't come here for tech, you come here to bitch about things in the comments. At least that's what your actions say. You'll probably say something to the contrary but you know the old expression about actions and words.
Complains about using “buzzwords” right, completely fails to even open a dictionary to see that groom means something besides conditioning a child for sex.
It’s a concert documentary. Vampire Weekend opening for The Killers at an amphitheater on the Greek island of Lesbos.
Brilliant. Simply Brilliant.
Can we take a moment to note how great the Cerritos class uniforms look in live action. Definitely one of the best looking StarFleet uniforms and they did a great job translating the animation design into a workable uniform costume. Jack Quaid was brilliant as Boimler in live action too.
Oh, I strongly disagree about Darth Vader in Obi-Wan Kenobi. He sounded so much more vibrant and threatening on OBK than in Rogue One. I also could’ve sworn someone actually performed Vader’s voice in OWK and A.I. was just used to match JEJ’s voice, like an aural deepfake, but I guess I could be wrong.
I don’t like the unethical misuse of AI either, but repeatedly docking points for the same complaint is also unethical. Barsanti has always been the worst writer on this site; “continuing his tradition” is a TERRIBLE idea.
“Obviously, I will continue Sam Barsanti’s excellent tradition of dropping a full letter grade over the unnecessary A.I. intro.”
Oh Saloni Gajjar is also an insecure hack. Noted.
Can we get a moment of appreciation for Sevet, apparently the only Vulcan in 200 years to understand humans and not be a massive jerk (from our point of view). He recognizes things like positive reinforcement as how humans learn instead of their relentless harsh judgment. This human Captain has taken time out of his…
Knowing that this racist piece of shit will never know a single moment of financial stability for the rest of their life is borderline orgasmic.
I mean, if there’s one tiny upside to that dumb Supreme Court ruling, it’s that bigoted businesses are voluntarily putting “I’m a giant asshole, don’t spend your money here” signs up in their windows.
I forgot I want to see that. I remember the hilarious debate that that film was whitewashing/racist by including Matt Damon as something of a white savior and then China turned around and was like "no we prefer Matt Damon" lol
She’s 73 years old. Essentially unemployable, and unless she goes to extraordinary lengths to conceal her identity, will be harassed and run out of town on a rail. The odds that she will kill again are astronomically low.
At this time of year, at this time of day, in this part of the country, localized entirely in the south?!
Why would you send your children here? It doesn’t make sense to me. A building with no windows, books, or supplies. Is there anything they did right?
