This looks very nice, but for me it doesn’t beat a good CRT filter. Maybe it’s just my nostalgia or maybe it’s because it was designed for that output, I don’t know.

Fighting games are hard to balance as is. It’s obviously going to be tough, if not impossible, to balance custom moves. If some tournaments want them, and others don’t, what’s the big deal? Isn’t it going to be like every tournament where there are popular and unpopular characters (or in this case, builds)?
