You have the only credible argument for percentage inflation. I don't think its necessary, my argument would be that tipping percentage is de facto, not standardized. If everyone is tipping 20% and you think 15 should be the baseline, fine. Youre just an asshole, but fine.

To the manager? Seems a bit excessive, no? If I have a problem with service I normally tell the server quietly and politely why I was unhappy.
