Yeah, I wonder if it’s just easier to put the press releases out under the Motion Twin name? It seems like Dead Cells would be a strong enough name on its own to push Evil Empire through, but...what do I know!

Whatever. I’m already resigned to the idea that I might as well just be playing Halo 2, playing for fun, and any appearance upgrades that could be gained via progression are mere abstractions.
If any Star Citizen weirdos come in here saying iT Is OuT, and you’re talking about the empty/broken modules that are currently playable, I will turn to dust.
He’s been linking and retweeting from neonazi and cryptofascist stuff for a while now. Juuuust scrubbed enough to claim plausible deniability.
You should get fired after the first email. It’s as unprofessional as you can be. That’s where you see video game company aren’t run by people who should be in charge of anything.
Seriously. If someone on my team emailed that, it would be instantly spread to everyone through Slack DMs gossiping about it. I can’t even imagine what kind of culture would allow something like that to slide for years.
No, it just takes the managers and HR. Direct reports complaining won’t engender change, especially to someone who’s enough of a dick to do that in the first place.
I’m afraid to say “damn” or “hell” in my work group chats sometimes, let alone something like that. Mind boggling.
fucking landlords. hope things work out!
Man this is not a day too early in PvP. It was stupid how the super murder cooldowns on Titan and Hunter were the same as the far less powerful stuff on Warlock.
You really can’t turn this around into ‘perhaps it is u who are petty’ - the guy gleefully harassed and targeted minorities, and much of his anguish was that his website matured (to a degree) while he didn’t. The Something Awful website bankrolled his entire lifestyle even as he grifted and complained server costs…
Something Awful produced a wild amount of humor and culture for decades and had a massively outsized influence for a long time. It was a place where I learned a lot about writing, about politics and some other things.
Maybe find a working Wii? My grandmother when she was in her 80s loved Wii bowling. Its such an easy and casual game, that with a little help from a child or grandchild, isn’t too difficult to get into. A nice way to enter 3D spaces while also learning to use simple game controls.
For what it’s worth, my mother and her siblings (all in their late sixties) have come to love Don’t Starve Together. They like the social aspect, and while it’s by no means an easy game the core gameplay loop is easily accessible to people without prior gaming experience.
Ok Grandma, this is Dark Souls 3. You’ll see, it’s fun. :D
Jokes aside this is a really good question... My 89 yr old grandma spends hours a day playing online games, but like, it’s all candy crush type stuff and online scrabble and quizzes with friends. It’s pretty great, keeps her connecting to people, but yeah, I…
Yah, a game you can’t really lose is a good start, and lets them practice with movement and stuff. Games have their own, I guess design language, now, built on all kinds of unspoken conventions built up over decades. Games don’t have manuals now because most people don’t need them (and, well, cheapness). It’s hard to…
It’s one of those things where its really easy to go “lol boomers,” but there’s a lot that I kinda take for granted as a life-long *tries not to vomit* “gamer.”
There are things that I can do and react to in split seconds, because I’m so used to playing games. A game like TLOU2 specifically requires that level of…
So its, “So long, Gary Bowser?”
Imagine having such a transactional mindset that you need your goddamn leisure time to be some kind of investment.
