I was also struggling with this until I started doing a lot of early game stress healing. Once you get a couple of positive relationships, your party all but manages itself. Which is, imo, a mixed bag.

The only sequence break I’ve done is the one to kill Kraid with morph balls, but it warms my heart to hear there are so many more.

And it just happened to come from a game published by Amazon.

It’s just more complicated than it needs to be, but otherwise it’s really not a big issue. Yeah, $100 is a lot to ask upfront, but most players will agree that you get more than your dollar’s worth in terms of playtime throughout the year. The content hasn’t been lacking.

Pretty much the only people who would see value in the new one are people who play it as a handheld. The GPU and processors are the same so if you are docked it will not enhance the picture or impact gameplay in any meaningful way.

I have younger children (both 9), and one left his Switch, with about a dozen physical games including all of those that I play, somewhere between our summer vacation and home. The airports, airline, and Lyft couldn’t find it. So I heartily agree with getting kids the more inexpensive model.

I think a lot of high level players will tell you that in Ultimate, at least, lots of characters play pretty similarly. They’re less unique than in Melee or Brawl, for sure.
