LOL similar reason why I did not buy Skyrim today...yet. With all the game releases in the last month, well, lets just say the icy ooks from my wife have been becoming much more frequent over the last 6 weeks.

A pre-order is just that, a pre-order....not a sale. Pre-ordered game is not actually sold until the day of release. So, yes, of course they include pre-orders, probably the vast majority of those copies sold were pre-ordered.

Battlefield 3 is a fun game to play, but I think the biggest thing they need to fix is that squad limit of 4 players. That and the fact that even with a squad of 4 players, there is a very real possibility going into a new game it will split that squad up, putting some on opposite teams.

Why is Coke still the most popular soft drink in the world despite the fact they have only "innovated" the formula of their drink once in over a hundred years?

Maybe the reason of people enjoy playing games with their friends?

I agree...maybe a lot of people, just maybe they find that it is a fun game to play. Regardless of whether or not there was any ground breaking innovation included. There is a lot to be said for familiarity...I mean, you don't see people complaining every year because Coca Cola does not innovate their formula.

Well, Black Ops was in the top 10 for many, many months after release. They sold 5 million copies in the first day....and then went on to sell 20 million more copies (worldwide) over the next 12 months.

I totally agree with you, I enjoy playing the games myself with my friends. Have had a lot of fun with it....but passionate about it? No way, not even close.

Disco Stu approves.

Well, thats just the way it goes, if American Airline had stepped up to the plate to be the launch customer years ago then it would be.

Sorry, no, seats are different. The seats are not capable of tilting backward at all. This was one of the other big interior improvements in that the seats all "tilt" by the the seat of your seat sliding forward....rather than the seat in front of you tilting backward.

Beng 6'3" myself, I was excited to hear that with those overhead bin designs and the size of the fuselage that it was reported that a person of our height has plenty of head room. Even heard the claim that people over 6' could/would be able to get to a window seat without having to duck their heads at all.

They would count in the seperate class of shows along with the Hannity show and the OReilly factor....

I agree..I like my hotmail/msn account, it does what I need it to do....and filters the junk/spam pretty darn well. As far as Gmail, not going to use my google account for anything more than the bare minimum I need to for using /signing up for android account / market access and such.

For those into using strategy guides, for whatever reason, it was interesting to see what I think is just the beginning of a shift in the Batman Arkham city guide / App for the iStore.

Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah...so don't buy it then. If you quit the series, then why do you care so much to A) Click on the link to a story/video on it and B) Comment on it?

Hoover Dam is a total wimp of a dam compared to the Grand Coulee here in Washington....6,809MW. The best damn dam in all the land!

Not sure if you play Battlefield games or not from your post....but for those that do, the only reason people don't hate the people that play Battlefield is they can't hear them. In game voice limited to squad only + no lobby chat.

Well, then they would just start doing it on a jeep or a tank. But I agree, think they should just make it no friendly fire on any repair-able item in the game.

You just said it yourself, mortars in their spawn are VERY easily counteracted. Setup your own mortar, and you can see them clear as day on the map. Drop mortar on their head, pack up and move on (or else they will drop them on your head). Do that a few times and they will stop.
