Seems like though, a lot ot the times these days, the consumer machines are not even including the windows disk anymore. Noticed that with the last couple recently purchased PCs I encountered, I was like, wait where is the Windows disk? Response was, oh, just calll the manufacturer and they will send you a recovery…

Every time I have seen those goofy list prices, has always been one of their third party sellers. Till I looked at that oatmeal link above, that is Amazon claiming the list price is $211?? WTF?
