I don’t see how having a uterus removed would help a woman’s mental health. She would still have PMS and menopause.
If she had her ovaries removed to alleviate PMS, she would be thrown into a cold-turkey menopause, which, but accounts, is worse than a regular menopause.

I thinks its only considered a disability in the limited context of qualifying for aid for in vitro. To be fair, being single or gay is disadvantageous to mothering/fathering a child.
