I was thinking about this one. It really depends. If the odometer is simply a digital logic counter, then sure - what you’re proposing is possible if you can get into the gauge cluster and adjust it from there. But... I’m about 90% certain that it’s not in this case.

Incorrect. Although my 2-seat 2005 350Z does have baby seat anchors, local laws prohibit me from installing a baby seat in the passenger seat since it qualifies as a “front seat”.
