A Patton Oswalt as Ray Charles biopic would be way funnier than the one that actually happened.

Asshole, I'm not following. Are you saying the internet's going to "continue to evolve" into what it was ten years ago?

Sir or madam, you do not, in fact, speak for the whole internet.

hot dogs, I didn't think it was *too* long, but it was damn long. I loved it, and I found myself thinking "damn, this is long" at a couple of points. I can understand someone who wasn't enjoying it like I was thinking it was too long.

Sunglass hut isn't really a thing you go into, it's more of a kiosk (at least, the ones I've seen are). People looking to buy overpriced sunglasses shop there. I think I may have shopped one once, but I didn't buy anything. I know you're all fascinated by this, but someone else started a thread on the subject, so what

I disagree with all of you. I actually appreciate the movies more the more I read the books. Yes, he made changes. Some for the better, some not, but the big ones were pretty necessary for getting the thing on screen in any kind of coherent form. The movies were among my favorites of the last decade and I have a hard

I'm optomistic that they'll at least come close to the quality of the original run, and I for one would rather have almost-but-not-quite-as-good-as-it-used-to-be new Futurama than no new Futurama at all.

Rich nephew! Come over here and give your uncle a nice big meal!

"Nibblonians to nibble stations! Prepare cuddlebug for deployment in forty nibblets!"
"[sigh] Sometimes I fear we *are* cute."
"Oh, nigglesnoosh!"

"You just rounded up a bunch of stiffs at the bus station and pocketed our money!"
"Yeah, but in the end, isn't that what Valentine's Day is really all about?"
"Yeah." "I guess so."

That's where I'm meeting Uncle Zoid for lunch to discuss my Hollywood dreams! Next time you see me don't be surprised if I've eaten!

ahem… *feature*-length

I'll add my vote to what seems to be the general consensus: Bender's Big Score was my favorite, Beast and Green Yonder were pretty good, and I didn't much care for Bender's Game. I think Bender's Game could have been a good single half-hour episode, but just didn't work stretched out to fature-length.

i and 1 said what I just said, only better. Just ignore my last post and go read his again.

Fungus,

Okay, Respected Ancestor, if you're still around, here's a real response:

Yeah, you're right. We'll never eliminate piracy so let's just give up and make it legal.

"But that's not the same, right?"
