My take is that Coke and Pepsi are both gross, it’s like drinking piss vs. vomit. They both suck and arguing over which is better is like arguing about cutting off your left or right arm.

It’s actually a thing, though; any idiot can call-up the police department and request for road closures and such.
I have a personal hot take on 3rd gear. Here’s the thing with me - I support all the usual Transit Memes for New Urbanist Teens measures. Cities should serve their citizens. Walkability and density should be prioritized over roads and parking. Resources and entertainment should be well-distributed into the urban…
This is NOT a safety feature for anyone who already always buckles their seatbelt. It’s an active annoyance. Yeah, let’s get 0.5% more drivers buckling their seat belt, and annoy the fuck out of 90% of drivers. Brilliant!
I don’t much care for the other stuff except maybe for the collision avoidance braking, but adaptive cruise is pretty dope. I’ve got a Subaru with it now and it works a treat. Kind of sucks driving my older one without it long distances after having driven the new one for a while. It’s really nice not having to manage…
Yeah who would want high beam assist. I want one more thing to do in my car while I am driving. I dont want some fancy computer that automatically makes it better for me to see and then keeps me from being a huge asshole when there is traffic in the on-coming lane.
If you are activating the pre-collision on a GM vehicle, you are likely driving like an a-hole. It’s not all that sensitive.
Nothing wrong with that. Dave Ramsey’s advice is great if you’re irresponsible with money and don’t know how to properly use credit or live within your means.
Experienced readers of Musk’s twitter account know that his tweets vary from wildly exaggerated to flat out lies.
I’m going to add that in there, so thank you.
It is literally an Impreza with better ground clearance. Thats the point
Yeah, basically every other Law & Order episode was an obvious reference to a real case (including at least one based on Amanda Knox’s case).
There’s literally a dozen of us! They can’t arrest us a.......
From local WBZ news:
Sorry, the looks of that thing don’t make $10k in maintenance every few years on top of the normal maintenance worth it to me. Think I’d prefer something from that era that might literally try and kill me vs financially.
This goes for just about any AWD vehicle. The AWD relies on slight variations in wheel rotation speed to engage. Any difference in overall tire circumference, either from different model tires or even uneven wear, will cause one tire to turn at a slightly different speed than the others and cause the AWD to engage…
A group was exercising their right to free speech in a non-violent fashion and now you’re celebrating violence against them? Well done, fuck that whole “first amendment” thing!
This has to do with cars because...they used a Penske truck? You’re not even trying on this one.
Because they were dealing with unstable explosive materials in addition to the fireworks. Detonating them in the containment vessel on-site was less risky than trying to move them. Imagine if this explosion happened while the truck was being driven...
I *think* there’s a line of logic that there are more bad things that can happen in transit than there are just by using the supposedly safe truck on-location.
