@End User: God I love that video!

This fucking thread is LITTERED with Camaros, Trans Ams, and for the love of God and all that is holy, El Caminos?

It's a car that was intended to be hooned extensively. If that's all the damage it's suffered yet, it's not doing too badly. It's avoided fire and enormous fiery death crashes for a few years now!

@mingoesbueno: Home Depot in the Quarry in Minneapolis, MN. However, I'd bet screwing up key duplication is just one of many disservices available from Home Depots nationwide.

@zeeboid: Probably the Quarry location. They ALWAYS screw up key cutting.

Either an '80 or '81, 301 turbo. No shaker hood, no huge V8. Tsk tsk tsk...

@mkbruin: Exploding heads? Too much boost!

Put the twin turbo V6 in the base model Camaro with a good old fashioned 6 speed manual, and then we're talkin!

@LoganSix: Good call. I like it.

@rad_mike: Pretty sure I've still got one of those in the attic at my parents' house!

I'm gonna vote NP on this, purely based on the fact that there aren't a lot of other cars you can get for that price that are clean examples of awkward head-turners. This thing would fit in well at a Cars & Coffee event, not because it's exotic or fast, but because it's so ridiculous. It resembles a duck's head.

@Buckus: If you ever find yourself working on tranny pans, be sure to have a torque wrench. Biggest cause of pan leaks is loose or overtightened bolts crushing the gasket.

@Buckus: How does a transmission pan fail? Dented? Leaking? Broken off in an off-roading incident?

@Cloud81918: First car I drove regularly was an '85 Plymouth Reliant COUPE, same color as the one pictured. We got it from my great aunt, with super low miles. It was brutally slow and handled terribly, and didn't get good mileage to make up for it. It wasn't comfortable at all, and it didn't have ANY amenities aside

And the Awesomesauce flows like wine!

@Sapper: Must be a MN resident, eh? Have any Darkness this year?

@Turboner: Next car is going to be a 4th gen LGT, 5 or 6 speed depending.

@Smoshmonker: I'm speaking entirely from a fun standpoint. FWD may very well yield better lap times, but powerslides REQUIRE yanking the handbrake, there's something missing.
