I don’t understand why modern cars with hood struts have such long struts. My crown vic has two small and discreet ones that can hold the weight of giant slab of steel.

Give me struts or springs any day than a prop-rod. The hood springs on my ‘81 Camaro hood still work just fine, as does the strut on my ‘07 Cobalt.

Except the P4/5 looks like a cheap knockoff in comparison.

I kind of stopped caring about new super/hypercars because they all look largely interchangeable, are unusably fast, and never get tracked anyways meaning the HP figures are nothing more than bragging rights. This one makes me do a complete 180. What an absolutely stunning design.
