David, you’re better than this. Unless you think that lawmakers are going after redneck white kids in their 20's for some reason, there’s just no evidence at all that this is racially motivated. You’ve been spending too much time with your fellow writers who seem hellbent on turning every situation into a political…
I just hope it comes with stability control as standard equipment. Nobody wants to spin - flat or otherwise - in their new truck.
I don’t think I’ll read a better assessment today. The Democrats are playing chess and the GOP is playing flip the fucking board over. They’re attacking democracy on every possible front - voting, judicial, and flat out rioting. And Dems are like, “Bipartisan...”
It has no basis under the Constitution or any legitimate legal framework.”
Make sure the punisher sticker is has a thin blue stripe on it to indicate you’re both compensating for something AND a fascist who can’t understand a comic book.
need Torchlopnik tag.
Journalists were arrested and assaulted across the US during the Black Lives Matter protests last summer.
The US supported politicide in Brazil, Indonesia, and many more states resulting in the deaths of well over a million people.
The US installed the Ba’ath Party and to remove them from power they killed hundreds of…
buy american! sure america is tied to oil, but we tie ourselves to all corporate interests equally! no oppression of *cough*white*cough* women to be found, and we don’t kill journalists, only give tacit approval to those who do!
If your engine is naturally aspirated and not high compression, running anything other than the recommended 87 is throwing money away. It’s that simple.
Urban sprawl without any consideration of public transportation, instead focusing on only maximizing car speeds. It requires a complete rethink that the US is totally incapable of doing.
StarLink sounds an awful lot like SkyNet...
I made a TikTok about this recently, but I’ll roughly repeat it here: Artificial intelligence is going to threaten many job categories, and I’m talking about entire verticals of employment... and this is a 3-5 year problem. (I have mentioned before, I work in this field, so I know the landscape extremely well.)
Thanks for this. It’s been forever since I’ve read about electricity, so I can’t judge accuracy, but you’ve certainly made it vivid and scary. :-)
Not sure about not picking up the feet, but the danger is this. In high voltage cases, 5000-10,000V, at some distance from the contact point the ground will be at, literally, ground potential (0V) In between that spot and the place where the wire is touching the voltage is dropping off.
Yeah I think the best thing would have been for her to slowly back the car up away from the live wires. And if that or staying in the car is not possible, there is a 3rd option shown in this video:
How is the new mail truck going to be anything other than BEV is a head scratcher. Seems like the perfect fit for this drive system. But, what do I know, I’m still waiting for my Osborne Executive.
This was my question. I like the Model 3 (I’ve said already on this site that I was very close to getting one last December), but it’s kinda a luxury car in price alone. Same for the S. If we’re going by interior standards, my A4 blows every Tesla I’ve ever been in out of the water.
Somewhere along the way the term ‘luxury’ got confused with ‘expensive’.
