Man that is way too young to die. Compared to what I know now as a 33 year old, I feel like I knew nothing at all as a 21 year old. It’s such a chaotic age, so easy to make drastic decisions over problems that loom so large at the time, but in hindsight become so very small.

I just came here to say that this headline bears the same disregard for preserving the viewer/player experience that is starting to make me want to leave this website. There are a lot of people planning on playing this who haven’t.

I think it’s just a symptom of a greater problem. Thinking of it as isolated examples or industry specific is wrong imo and that really these are lightning rods for what is already out there.

I was really enjoying Elongated Man so far this season but now the very name gives me the creeps.

Making the woman uncomfortable is probably part of it - asserting dominance, transgressing their boundaries. That, and exhibitionism. I don’t believe for a second that these guys think “I bet these virtual strangers want to watch me jack off.”

I think this is a good and important point. We as the community need to take responsibility for what we say to other people. Blizzard can only do so much (as they should).
