I’m wondering if this will be the rumored last season of Stranger Things, or if netflix will squeeze a Stranger Things 5 out of the Duffers considering the boffo numbers S3 did on the service. One more season where we’re at the end of the 80s to end things, and before Finn Wolfhard is drafted by the Celtics at power…

How on earth did the Lawnmower Man director think he’d get away with slapping King’s name on that flick? That said, it’s goofily entertaining and bizarre. Also has a Dean Norris cameo that’s just a closeup of his face on a screen. 

I’ve never listened to an audiobook despite being an avid reader - and a King ‘constant reader’ since childhood. Listening to The Long Walk sounds look a good old time. 

That “as producer” credit always has me wary, no matter what the property. Cameron has a magic touch with this franchise, but I’m curious as to how much he was truly involved here.

I always forget the love people have for Snipes’ Blade - I was right in the wheelhouse age-wise during that time and didn’t like the first two flicks that much. Maybe it’s time for a re-visit.

I feel everything’s buttoned up story-wise that S3 is not needed  - though I would not be adverse to seeing the aftermath of that last scene play out. The Five walking into the police station feels like a shrug, even if it’s a logical conclusion.

I do understand complaints about the stakes or lack thereof. But the tension around Celeste’s custody battle has been solid, and considering it stems from ‘the lie,’ there’s a narrative throughline there.

Lydia has been a shit from the jump, it was last season when they softened her a bit. Now she’s a shit again I guess?

Is Beahm that stupid that he didn’t know he was skirting legality by filming in the bathroom, or is it just his “character” that’s a dumb, stupid, morally compromised asshat?
