What about Apollo 18?
What about Apollo 18?
It's funny that you post a Total Recall clip and talk about the potential of remakes in the same breath.
No Harold Ramis, no Ghostbusters sequel.
For a second I thought the music in the video was an acoustic version of the Final Fantasy theme.
So he was signing it the way my dad signs Facebook comments: "this is so funny check it out call your mother love dad"
The "Andy" part is what confuses me the most.
They usually limit it to slapping, choking, throat-gagging BJs, verbal abuse, etc. I guess you could loosely describe it as extreme bondage, but it's really not if all they're doing is smacking a girl around. The makeup and camera cheats you speak of are done to cover up abuse (and sores, and the effects of meth), but…
What I don't get is how the "abuse" line of hardcore porn can be considered okay. Even professional wrestlers pretend to hit and choke each other. But this is full on beating of women, and equally as bad, psychological torture. I'm not saying the porn industry used to be wholesome or anything like that - it was always…
Now go tell this to the #NotAllMen people.
I was fine with this, and I was fine with the Hound/Brienne fight. I just kind of wish they had time to add the element of Lady Stoneheart into the ending. It would've been a fantastic cliffhanger reveal if it was the final shot of the season.
I remember Dead to Rights being especially egregious, in which one of the few female characters with any impact on the story had to go through a DDR-style stripping mini-game before you could progress any further in the plot. It was a stupid and embarrassing addition to the game, and it didn't even put you in the…
I've rarely found it to be a problem in gaming - I use mouse+keyboard the righty way and play guitar the righty way - but being required to hold a stylus with my right hand just doesn't make sense and I don't see why they couldn't program around that pretty easily.
This looks great, though I feel like the xenomorph itself needs two elements:
That can't be, that's inside the room!
Murray: "If you build a cat, you also get a lion and a tiger and a panther and things that you've never seen—kind of mutations beyond that."
The problem with any Ghostbusters sequel now is that... wait for it...
Well it's more effective on you than it is on me at least, because I had no idea what the ball was supposed to be until someone said it.
Enemy is a fantastic and really moody little Canadian indie film with Jake Gyllenhaal playing two characters. You really have to see it more than once (and probably read some interpretations) to get what the connection of the characters really means, and especially what the spider imagery means. More people need to…
Yeah, it's incredibly well done, but I really wish there was at least a second of freeze on several of them.
