5,000 model 3's a week is quite a production achievement. I don’t think they have even delivered 1,000 units “in total” to customers yet. The number of manufacturers that can crank out 5,000 cars a week is a short list and far more vast in production capacity/capability than Tesla is currently at.

This is how it is for me and WoW. I stopped hardcore raiding after Lich King and now I just play casual with my wife. Our guild still raids regularly but I haven’t been on a proper raid in years. Just takes too much time and I’m over all the drama that can come from it. I don’t miss it in the least.

Agreed, after some better sit down time tonight knocking out public events and yellow bars on EDZ, I could see this gun doesn’t keep up there. Still a fun one to have in the mix. I much prefer auto rifles and scout rifles anyway :)

I was thinking that earlier but I’ve also been itching to pick it up on PC. Saw it was on sale on Steam for 15 bucks and I had a 5 dollar balance on an old gift card, I forked up 10 bucks.

I’ve been playing Destiny 2 around a few hours a week and still enjoying it immensely but I’m usually going solo/casual so I’m still only around power level 275. But that being said, I enjoyed The Division at launch back in the day but never quite wrapped it all up. Time for a good re-visit sounds like.

I’ve periodically had the itch to play it on PC since keyboard/mouse controls suit me so much better but I did enjoy what I played on xbox one. At the very least, I’ll go download the update for the xbox version. This is my kind of gameplay I’ve been waiting for, same as the author of this write-up.

I’m not sure that he was even comparing them, really just referencing an old classic. UT, Quake and Half Life death match laid the ground work for modern multiplayer pvp matches.

I picked it up off Xur an hour ago between meetings. Seems pretty fun but not quite insta-gib so far. But I’m not exactly the best player around :)

Some of the best fun we ever had at lan parties back in the day was low grav + insta-gib. Good times. I miss those days. Classic Half-Life DM was also an absolute riot. Damn I’m starting to sound old.

I keep hearing and reading about Warframe. Sounds like I should just go give it a shot already :) Any tips for someone starting out?

We didn’t see King Arthur in the theater and only recently watched it at home and went in with fairly low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed it. Certainly not one of Guy’s better movies but I would say it still stands on it’s own and it was plenty enjoyable. It’s one of those fun ones where

It feels like a lot of that more hardcore community wants Destiny to be more MMO/WoW like with all kinds of places and activities to do and of course, we know that isn’t what this game is.

This is a very valid point. On the side, I do a lot of painting both digital and real media (oils, airbrush, ink etc.) as well as website and logo design on commission. I’m painfully familiar with writer’s block. Sometimes I struggle to develop a composition into something I actually like but I’m also usually working

I agree with your price point but this could be quite fun for my son and I to play on the switch. He loves playing two player split screen with me so might be worth it anyway. Plus, I wouldn’t mind having some Forza-lite when we travel.

Absolutely agree, by no means did I mean to imply you should just put up your feet and be done :)

I can’t recall exactly now but didn’t Hans Zimmer crank out Black Hawk Down’s score in just a few weeks? I’m at a loss in what Jeremy Soule could be doing that is taking this many years to compose and record. The only worse example is probably Tool’s new album that is never coming.

Clearly you have the means to afford these occasional luxuries so I won’t knock how you spend it. I spend my money stupidly on cars :)

Right you and Dave are. Forgive my obviously failing old memory. I recalled the painful original rather than the arcade port. Now to go dig around and see if I have the arcade port. I might not have that one.

OG Ninja Gaiden. How I had forgotten the punishment. I still don’t think I can go back to that one. I got so stressed with that game, my mom kicked me off the NES for a couple weeks and shoved me out the door. Then she hooked me up with Strider and it was like a warm tropical breeze after Ninja Gaiden.

I lost many late nights as a kid playing TMNT on my NES. I have the cartridge around here somewhere in the collection. I’m fairly certain it still works just fine too. I can still recall vividly the stress and anger of that damn sewer level too where touching the water was instant death. Ugh.
