I don’t see most people needing a car that can do 0-60 in under 3 seconds.

That’s how I felt about most of the Grand Tour season as well, but not the final episode. That one left me straight pissed off. Talk about tone deaf, outdated, and offensive.

Well Season One GT was all about how they were sticking it to the BBC and the “politically correct” hordes, and doing what they always did. It was, if we are polite, a rebellion (and impolite, a tantrum) against the end of the old show due to Clarkson’s behavior.

One of the things I think people just don’t realize is just how bad some of the later seasons of the Clarkson, Hammond, and May run was. At some point it shifted from a car show with antics sprinkled in to an antics show with cars. I stopped watching as it became clear to me they seemed to care less and less about the

Former Peace Corps volunteer here. If your friend acted like she literally built everything herself then yeah, she sucks. If you hated on her for setting up schools (probably using local laborers) then you’re the shitty person.

No shade intended, but isn’t “to save the day” the job of pretty much every lead in a movie? Not sure why Matt Damon is singled out here- should be the producers/directors/writers only funding/hiring/writing wypipo as leads. I mean, Damon can suck it as far as I’m concerned, but thinking the criticism should be shared

See, now THIS is how to comment on the design. Insightful. I agree.

I can’t tell you how much the actions of our nation’s teens these past few days have renewed my hope for the future. The kids are all right.

You Brits are all over the place with your police vehicles. Nothing seems consistent. I see BMW, Benz, Ford, Peugeot, Skoda, Toyota, Volkswagen, Audi, Volvo, Range Rover all being used by British Police forces.

I bet I could be pretty happy with the bonkers adventure that driving that thing across country would be.

I don’t know, it doesn’t look all that bad to me.

Hence why:

Which also just happened to cover the nipple like a pasty. It was planned from go.

If it wasn’t intended, why was she wearing pasties underneath?

Not surprised by this at all. If the staff were Asian, they are notoriously racist against Blacks. I have been to their pop up in San Fran and followed them closely and it does feel as if they are leaching off the community. There isn’t as much diversity and inclusiveness in diversity as some would think. And as a Bi

Nobody’s asking you to buy one.

I don’t thing the sentence is saying people are just choosing formula, but rather that they are choosing that particular brand of formula. The operative word is “YOUR formula.” :)

And yet I hated BMW’s GINA concept.

I’m not trying to be snarky, but I’m really confused by this. If the title of the album is “Man of the Woods,” and it’s named after his son, then wouldn’t his son’s name be “Man of the Woods,” not Silas?
