I’m sorry you live in a van down by the river in the middle of nowhere and your internet connection is just two cans and a string with squirrels on either end screaming 56k dial-up noises at each other.

Same for me except my system had downloaded the patch but didn’t start copying until I turned my console on. I had never seen it do that before so I was very confused to the meaning. Saiyajin’s explanation makes sense though.

My mom GAVE AWAY my Ghostbusters/TMNT toy collection.

I really disagree with this.

Yeah I’m hoping the first episode goes to the end of Junon area, Jenova fight on the ship to Costa del Sol. They said each episode will have the content of a normal game so I’d be satisfied with this amount of content.

The game having “Zelda” in the name doesn’t really matter.

Same.

Is the recording not straight from the animated movie?

I think the biggest issue for Square is the loss of sub time from a player using a booster. A player will get to the “end” sooner and is more likely to loose interest and stop their sub.

If I had a dollar for every time I read about XV being in development for 10 years in a forum, I would have a lot of dollars.

At this point I’d take XV over IX any day.

Agreed. To say the combat is shallow is to really say you barely saw what combat mechanics there are.

Just pretend that I am Setsuna is actually called Final Fantasy: I Am Setsuna.

I’ll take animated movies all day, but I don’t think we need live action versions. They’ll just ruin it like they always do.

No front facing speakers is my biggest peeve about this phone.

The lack of inns really didn’t bother me. The game put a real emphasis on items. Even at end game they matter, unlike a lot of RPGs. Tents and Cabins do the same as inns.

I’m doing side quests at the end of the game and in my experience you are able to get 2 or 3 recipes at each major town before you leave the town during the main story.

I thought the initial trailers were terrible. Made me even less interested in the movie than I already was.

Of all the Miyazaki movies Ponyo wasn’t really one I thought warranted a sequel. Most of them don’t. Would have loved to see a Porco Rosso sequel though. Those initial rumors prior to The Wind Rises announcement got me good.

It’s so good.
