Let’s call this a crash or a collision. Given Fetterman’s past driving habits, he was knowingly driving in a dangerous manner, leading to the incident.  It wasn’t an accident.

Three serious tickets and an injury accident by someone who regularly drives at dangerous speeds on public roads while ignoring the laws about distracted drivers. If this is correct then Senator Fetterman should be banned from driving and just let his staff drive him on official business in the future...

While I love the idea that you presented, the only loser in that situation is the person that gets hit by the car that is using FSD. The driver most likely won’t have enough money to right the wrong and have to declare BK. Now, if Tesla was on the hook, that would be a better outcome. 

We’re bringing everything from the eighties back, the Cold War, an unending pandemic, right wing conservative religious nutjobs in power, and now the destruction of the ozone layers.

People are pissed when Police seize clearly innocent peoples things. This is a different story. Repeatedly breaking the law with seemingly endless documentation, they could have and should have taken his car a long time ago.

Once SPD finishes up harassing minorities and the unhoused I’m sure this will be their top priority.
