Just to clarify, Pratt is extremely religious, and has credited his church for helping to guide him mentally.

Page went off in him for going to a supposed anti-LGBT church, except said church has had openly LGBT members in the clergy for years now.
Eh. You’re basically just trolling.
According to James Gunn the church thing is false.
Made you aware of what specifically? James Gunn is on record defending Pratt’s character, including explicitly stating that Pratt isn’t homophobic, but it’s cool to hate someone you don't know just because someone else told you to. Think harder and be a better person.
Then they might as well object to the *whole* article since Pratt has done voice work, too. Like so what that Day did voice work before Sunny? As a working actor with rent to pay I’m sure he took voice gigs, commercials, whatever.
Illumination’s only claim to fame is how bad they are
What if Mario only said a few one-liners like in the games? What if, like the games, the story was told mostly through wordless action and pantomime with minimal dialogue, thus eliminating the need for gimmicky celebrity voices and actually producing something closer to the spirit of the source material?
Agreed!
How DARE you not be constantly angry at everything!
You know, in hindsight the Mario movie from the 90's actually is kinda fun on its own merits? Not at all a good *Mario* movie, and arguably not even a good movie in general, but it’s honest-to-god enjoyable to watch on occasion.
I may not agree with some of his decisions in real life, but I do enjoy Chris Pratt movies. And obviously many others feel the same way, since he’s still landing roles.
Count me in with the director who missed the point. Read through the article and can’t find a single articulated reason other than “he attends a homophobic church” which, like, okay? Maybe he’s like most (99.999999999%) christians and isn’t completely involved with their church’s events day to day, or knowledgeable…
Has Pratt actually done anything… bad? Like I feel like Elliot Page just went off on the guy for going to church and a whole bunch of people said ok screw this guy because Elliot said so
This kind of low key, unrefined motoring is my achilles heel.
Normally I don’t click on motorcycle articles at all, but I did on this one. Wow, that price for a motorcycle that could actually be used on highways, that is pretty neat. And to drive it in cool spring weather reminded me of the cool mornings as we bicycled from the Pacific to the Atlantic a few years back. You…
Appreciate the use of “gone to plaid”...
I'm happy to see you liked it! I borrowed one of these last year, and absolutely loved it. What a charming thing to ride, and probably one of the easiest to use motorcycles I've ever been on. I'd daily one in a heartbeat.
Good read Bradly, and way to go, real men ride in the snow! Reminds me of the time I got cabin fever and rode my GPz 750 over Donner Summit in the spring and got caught in snow. Like you I ended up in Sausalito then headed out to the coast.
Great article! I watched Enfield with quite a bit of curiosity when they announced the 650 twins, when they finally hit US shores I test rode one, ordered my Continental GT and sold my Honda CB1100.
